Check back often on details of our only Saturday meet/greet as well as 2 hour practice to kick off the season.  It will probably be hot, so have your son or daughter bring plenty of water with them.

This practice will kick off 2 weeks of conditioning that will ask alof of your children physically.  Make sure they get plenty of rest, are well hydrated and are engaged in a healthy diet.

All paperwork (especially contract and sports physical) must already be submitted and camp fee paid before participation is allowed.

Schedule:

Saturday morning agenda:

8:00 - 9:00:   Turn in any missing paperwork, take player photo, etc.
*9:00 - 9:30:   General Assembly and Instructions
*9:30 - 10:00:  Meet your coach and his/her staff followed by Q & A
*10:00 - 12:00:  Practice

* Attendance required for player and parent

Football players should be wearing athletic shorts, white t-shirt with last name printed clearly on front and back, and football cleats (no Nike branded 'Shark' shoes).

Cheerleaders should be wearing athletic shorts, shoes, and t-shirt.

All athletes need to bring plenty of water and bring it with them on the field.  No parents are allowed to mingle or interact with their child once practice starts. Kids needs to bring water with them to the team's rest area as they cannot leave practice to get it from a parent.

Additionally, cheerleaders need to wear athletic shoes, with laces.  Vans (slip ons or lace ups) and velcro sneakers are not allowed.

There is also no nail polish allowed and hair must be in a pony-tail/out of the face. A large beach towel to stretch out on is good to have and don't forget sun-screen!  :)

Look in your inbox for an email blast coming today to the email address associated with your child's registration.  It will list what documentation, if any is missing. We must have this information on file before your child can participate in practice.  Especially at the Novice and Jr Varsity levels where coaches will be evaluating players during the first two weeks to decide who will make the final roster, attendance is critical to get a proper evaluation.
