Mandatory Attendance is required at this event by all football players and cheerleaders!

What:

Pre-Camp Weigh-Ins for all football players.  
Uniform fittings for all cheerleaders.  
Date: June 23rd

Time:  7-9pm

Location:  Boys and Girls Club at Monte Vista Middle School (corner of N Tracy Blvd and Lowell)

What to bring:  Bring any remaining paperwork not already turned in during sign ups.  

Rookies (new participants to the Raiders)

Birth Certificate (a photo copy is fine) 
Report Card 
Utility Bill 
Rookies and veterans

Sports Physical (must show approval for contact football dated April 18, 2010 or later)  Bring this form to your doctor
$35 registration fee if not already paid
Cheerleaders - Deposit Due:  A deposit for your uniform will be due at this time.  The deposit for the cheer uniform is expected to be $100.  Have that amount along with the $35 registration fee if not already paid.  Without a cheer uniform, your daughter will not be able to participate.
