Board Meeting – 12/14/2011

 

Meeting called to order at 7:10 pm.

 

Board Members present – Liz, Kathy, Josh, Shannon, Gabe,Tim, Christine, Shana, Whitney, Jonno, Juliette, and Claudia

 

All Star Game was represented well by our organization.  Jonno to push greater numbers.

 

DYFL Board Positions – Head Equip/Weighmaster/ Cheer forSouth and North

 

Treasures Report – Public form on our website.  Liz made motion. Gabe 2nd Approved

 

Reading of Nov 2011 minutes read. Also needs to go public onour website. Juliette made a motion. Gabe 2nd Approved       

 

Equipment Manager – 3 bags still out.  Cash those checks by Friday 12/16/2011.  The committee (Josh, Gabe, Matt, Rich andTim) will discuss on how to spend the money. Take full inventory – make sureeveryone has bags next year. Shana made motion to approve – Juliette 2nd– Approved

 

Events – Banquet dates Jun. Nov is Jan 9th – Novis Jan 10th – JV is Jan 17th – Var is Jan 19th.  Potluck!!

 

Novice Cheer – Wants better poms next year – Take up withGov Head Coach.

 

Crab Feed – Committee is the entire board.  Sell Crab Feed tickets for 35.00 instead ofthe 40.00.  Shana made motion – Kathy 2ndApproved.

Subject: THS Cheer Clinic

The Tracy High Cheerleaders are hosting a cheer clinic for all youth ages 6 and up.
 It will be Thursday, January 26th from 5-8 pm at Tracy High School.
 
The cost is $30 and includes instruction, pizza dinner and a t shirt.  Participants are invited to attend the THS basketball game on Friday the 27th where they will perform at halftime! 
 
Payments (cash or money order made payable to Tracy High School) can be taken to the THS bookkeeper or turned in with both forms the same day.  Plan to arrive early if you will register the day of the clinic.

Happy holidays to all of our Jr Bulldog families. 

Our banquets are scheduled and the dates are.....

Jr Novice Monday January 9
Novice Tuesday January 10
JV Tuesday January 17
Varsity January 19

They will be held in the Tracy High School cafeteria and all banquets will be from 6-8. We will doing potluck style and you will be contacted by your team moms or coach with your food assignment.

The Jr Bulldogs will supply the drinks, plates, utensils, etc.

I hope everyone is enjoying the holidays and we will see you all next month.
