Check back often on details of our only Saturday meet/greet as well as 2 hour practice to kick off the season.  It will probably be hot, so have your son or daughter bring plenty of water with them. 
 
This practice will kick off 2 weeks of conditioning that will ask alof of your children physically.  Make sure they get plenty of rest, are well hydrated and are engaged in a healthy diet. 
 
All paperwork (especially contract and sports physical) must already be submitted and camp fee paid before participation is allowed.

Support a former Tracy Raider football player who is now in the NFL with the Seattle Seahawks and is doing what he can to give back to the organizations that helped him get there (Tracy Raiders and Tracy High). Going to this event is a great way to show our support.

Friday, July 30 will be our official league weigh-ins.  The league requires that all athletes make a certified weigh-in before participating in any games. There will also be a weigh-in before each game, but before your son's contract can be certified, they must qualify at a league weigh-in such as this one.  The weigh-in will occur at our field starting at 7pm. If the player fails to certify at this weigh-in, they will have other chances up until the third game, but will likely need to travel to another location for certification. 
 
Athletes must be wearing a t-shirt (cannot be sleeveless or cut short in length) and athletic shorts (no cotton or shorts with pockets ie cargo shorts) and socks.  To facilitate the weigh-in, the athelete's contract must already have parent and athlete signatures. Your coach may approach you if you are missing anything in your paperwork that would prevent this weigh-in. Please make yourself available.
